What counts as a project?

A project is one design effort you want to measure — a new feature, a redesign, a content change, or any defined initiative with its own metrics and measurement plan. You can run a project through all four stages and revisit Stage 3 over time as new data arrives.

Can I upgrade or downgrade later?

Yes. You can move from Free to Pro at any time and your existing project carries over with all your data intact. Downgrading from Pro keeps your projects accessible — they just move into a read-only state until you upgrade again or delete them.

What's included in Enterprise?

Enterprise adds team workspaces, shared metric libraries, SSO, analytics tool integrations, and dedicated onboarding support. Pricing is based on team size and integration needs — reach out and get a plan that fits.

Do I need a credit card to start?
